OOO "Jammer-Leasing" was founded in the year 1997 and has the active lease license No. 0550.1. issued by the Russian Ministry of Economy.

The company provides two main lease products - finance and back-to back lease. We are offering you any equipment related to fixed assets, including sophisticated industrial equipment, vehicle related equipment, office equipment, etc.

We are working with Russian and foreign suppliers.

In our business we are following the principles that are commonly accepted in international lease practice in accordance with Federal Law "About the Finace Lease", Russian Civil Code and Unidroit Convention on International Financial Leasing.

Jammer-Leasing is a member of Russian Association of Leasing Companies.

In the year 2004 our company is planning to continue development and growth strategy aimed to increase the operation volume and strengthen its position on the lease services market.

We are mainly invest in the following business sectors: steel corporations, mining and mining processing companies and also entertainments companies which is seen on the chart above.

Our company's assets increase continuously due to the increase in operation volume, long-term investment in our subsidiaries and successful investment strategy.

December 23 in "Expert" magazine the "Rating of 50 largest market focused leasing companies of Russia" was published. On rating results it was revealed 50 largest market focused Russian leasing companies, among which Jammer-leasing is the 6th.

In 2003 "Expert" rating agency analyzed already data on 100 largest leasing companies. "Jammer-Leasing" Company was ranked 14t in that rating.

In the rating "Expert-Siberia" among the largest leasing companies of Siberia "Jammer-Leasing" took 7th place by the volume of financing in 2003.

World Leasing Yearbook, 2003 ranked "Jammer-Leasing" as 9th universal leasing companies in Russia.

In Lease Europe ranking' 2003 "Jammer-Leasing" was 146th among 200 largest leasing companies of Europe by the volume of leasing contracts.
